Here are some tips to help you capture the event effectively: we always have to understand the conference schedule, including keynote speakers, panel discussions, and any breakout sessions, and Identify key moments and speakers you want to prioritize.

Visit the venue in advance to familiarize yourself with the layout, lighting conditions, and any potential obstacles.
Determine the best vantage points for capturing different parts of the conference.

Film additional footage to use as cutaways, such as audience reactions, signage, and general conference ambiance.
